Dr. Abiodun Durojaye is a purpose-driven leader, executive coach, and organizational strategist with nearly 20 years of experience across education, human resources, and social impact. She holds an Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership in Higher Education and delivered the TEDx talk "What Is Your Starbucks Name?" on how belonging begins with honoring people's names and identities. Blending strategic rigor with a people-centered approach, she helps leaders and teams unlock their potential and achieve meaningful, measurable results.

Rooted in lived experiences and systems-level expertise, Asida Love creates intentional space for leaders to grow with resilience and impact, empowering them to better serve the young people and communities they care about.
